Plastic-coated welded fence panels

Laminated border panels are the ideal way of fencing workshops and factories, parks and gardens, public buildings, shopping centers and sports complexes. The panels are made by welding galvanized wires, later plasticized in a fluidized bed.

The thickness of the coating is clearly superior to painting in an electrostatic field. A panel with a thickness of 3.5 mm before lamination is 4.2 mm thick after. By comparison: an electrostatically painted panel is no more than 3.7 mm.

Unlike electrostatic field painting where coverage of the weld points is poor due to the Faraday cage effect, fluidized bed lamination allows full coverage of the weld points due to the complete immersion of the panel.

Advantages

Robustness - resistance to ultra-violet rays, sporty elasticity and slow aging

Durability - protection against corrosion due to the thickness of the lamination

Quick assembly/disassembly - thanks to the fastening systems

*At the customer's request, other dimensions can be made that fall within the following limits: height: 630-3000 mm; wire diameter: 3.5-5 mm; length: 2025/2510; for heights greater than 2030 mm the wire diameter must fall within the upper limit.

**After lamination, the diameter will be larger by approximately 0.7mm.
